Mr. Tang is a 20 year veteran of the residential real estate industry both in California and outside the Golden State helping clients invest in Nevada and Indiana. He currently owns and manages a residential real estate brokerage office and residential real estate mortgage brokerage which he started in 1995.
Prior to entering the residential real estate industry, Mr. Tang spent 12 years as a Financial Consultant and brings that “let’s look at the big picture first” mentality to helping his clients find the right home and best value.
When it comes to his clients’ personal residence, Mr. Tang strongly believes first and foremost a home must enhance his clients’ quality life and work for their needs – not be something they need to wake up and go to work for.
As a Realtor, Mr. Tang has helped over 900 individuals and families buy or sell their own homes with a consultative approach tailoring his clients’ needs and wants with their budget and lifestyle to find the right solution for their personal situation.

His financial planning background helps his clients adjust their real estate portfolios to fit their stage in life and his understanding of 1031 Exchange procedures have helped his clients defer tens of millions of dollars in capital gains and saved them millions in current taxes.
Mr. Tang has 15 years of experience obtaining permits and managing construction of new single family homes and major remodels of existing houses for profit. His network of contractors and suppliers give clients timely, quality work done at affordable prices and peace of mind for his clients.

Mr. Tang is an alum of the University of California at Berkeley where he studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He holds the Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI) as well as Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE) – both designations held by less than 5% of all US Realtors.
He has spoken at events for Realtors and investors, been interviewed on local television and is a co-author of the book “Zero to Hero in 90 Days or Less”.
